Delivering on projects is a lot like being an air traffic controller: you have to deliver multiple outcomes simultaneously - which you do by managing huge amounts of mission-critical data.

At Paradigm Icon it is like being in the control tower at Heathrow, one of the world's busiest airports. We process hundreds of "flight plans" and we manage hundreds of "take-offs" and "landings". When our projects are "in flight", we anticipate likely risks and we develop contingency plans. We monitor all incoming data carefully and we issue advisories well ahead of time.

Throughout the "flight" we work with the crew constantly to optimise "fuel economy". On descent, we establish and maintain secure "flight corridors" to land projects safely and on schedule. It's exciting, it's challenging and it's on the edge. Like air traffic control, a lot of people rely very much on you doing your job properly.
